We have been shipping and delivering our products safely to America, Europe, Australia, Asia, Africa for over 24 years!

All items shall be shipped in Discreet Packaging from Philippines or India - normally the next business day after we receive your payment. If needed or required we can split a larger orders into several smaller consecutive consignments for easier customs clearance .

Most of the orders and all small volume orders are best to be shipped by ORDINARY INTERNATIONAL AIRMAIL. Such is the most discreet (shipped without any declarations labels), has the lowest possibility of customs interference and is also the most cost efficient. It takes around 2-3 weeks for delivery.

For orders from USA we recommend to ship your package as registered at your additional cost of $2. REGISTERED AIRMAIL has to have a customs declaration / label on outside which would say "Harmless Medicine". Delivery of such takes 2-4 days extra compared to shipping as an ordinary airmail. It comes with a tracking number and you'd have to sign for it upon receipt.

EXPRESS MAIL SHIPPING (EMS) upgrade is available only for USA, Australia and UK. Having your order shipped as Express Mail (EMS) would cost you between extra $10 to $40 extra, depending on your shipment size (the larger your ordet the lower cost of upgrade increase) to your shipping cost. All EMS shipments also need a customs declaration on the outside of your package.

TRACKING YOUR ORDERS: A tracking number will be emailed to all clients ordering by either EMS or Registered Airmail. It normally takes 2-4 business days from the time we post your parcel till the tracking number will show any search results on either your country's local postal website or on http://www.track-trace.com/post.
