CLOMID
Clomid (Clomiphene Citrate) is a medication that is used to enhance the production of testosterone, increase the concentration of sperm in semen, as well as improve sperm motility. This has served to greatly improve fertility in men.
It’s been originally used in ovarian stimulation during fertility treatments, clomid has been pivotal in effectively addressing challenges in men’s reproductive health, especially those dealing with low/declining testosterone levels and/or infertility.
Clomid (clomiphene citrate) is prescribed off-label to men to boost testosterone and improve sperm count. By blocking estrogen receptors in the brain, it stimulates the pituitary gland to produce more follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH), which respectively drive sperm and natural testosterone production.
How to Use Clomid
Unlike treatments like testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), Clomid triggers the body to produce its own hormones, which preserves fertility.
Standard Dosage: Typically ranges from 25mg to 50mg daily or every other day, depending on hormone levels and fertility goals.
Is Clomid safer than testosterone?
Some men may prefer Clomid to testosterone replacement therapy (TRP) because of its comparably mild side effects. Clomid is typically well-tolerated. Severe side effects are rare, and long-term studies have confirmed the overall safety of Clomid.
